Similar to firefighters, we have to be staffed regardless of weather conditions. When our clients can't make it into their office, we are here to support them. Above all else, our employees must be dependable. This cannot be stressed enough.
Due to the depth of training we provide, we do not offer seasonal or temporary positions.
A successful applicant must be able to type 30+ words per minute. If you can type without looking at the keys, you should qualify. No experience is necessary beyond this, although any added experience in customer service is certainly a plus. You must have a pleasant demeanor and be able to sit for long periods of time as the job dictates.
We do not do any outbound sales calling. We do not offer telemarketing to our clients. In general, we act as a representative of our clients company and process their inbound calls per their instructions. This includes but is not limited to, taking messages, connecting calls, scheduling appointments, taking reservations, etc. Friendliness and Professionalism are a constant. A saying in our industry is "You are only as good as your last call". We require our employees to live by this.
